Happy holidays! We had so much fun at our happy hour last December that we decided to repeat it this year. Please join us for Slow Food Cincinnati’s Second Annual Holiday Happy Hour on Thursday, December 13th from 5:30 – 7:30pm at The Bar at Palm Court!
What better way to celebrate the holidays than with Slow Food appetizers from Chef Todd Kelly! The accolades for Chef Kelly and Orchids restaurant are too long to list, but needless to say, we are in for a treat. We don’t have the details of the menu yet, but Chef Kelly has agreed to feature foods from Slow Food’s Ark of Taste (hopefully including Dean Family Farm’s Red Wattle Pork, if available) and Slow Food Cincinnati will provide some of these appetizers for you to try. The Bar at Palm Court will also have other wonderful half-price appetizers and drink specials until 7:00pm!
The Slow Food Ark of Taste is a catalog of over 200 delicious foods in danger of extinction. By promoting and eating Ark products we help ensure they remain in production and on our plates.
The Bar at Palm Court, it is an award-winning bar located in the historic Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza in downtown Cincinnati. The Hilton hotel has beautiful 1930s French art deco features and will also be decorated to the hilt for the holidays!
We can’t think of a better way to spend a holiday evening. Hope to see many of you there!
