Join us on Thursday October 30th from 6-8pm to our third annual Slow Grain with Slow Food Cincinnati, and this time you will learn to:
Make Focaccia with Tony Ferrari! Join us for a hands-on experience where you'll learn to make delicious focaccia bread using local grown grain. You will also learn about the benefits of using regenerative local grown grain and regenerative agriculture with Jon Branstrator. This in-person event will be held at Mom 'n 'em Coffee in Madisonville, a cozy spot perfect for getting your hands dirty in the dough. Come ready to knead, bake, and taste the fruits of your labor.
